Millions of natural sequoia seedlings have been killed or are currently being destroyed by logging operations in numerous groves. Instead of being allowed to flourish after fire as nature intended, young sequoias are cut down, crushed beneath bulldozers or trucks, or burned to death under slash piles. Thousands of acres of forest have been logged or are currently being logged by the US Forest Service and their sequoia “coalition” cohorts. Read about their awful projects currently underway here and here. The Forest Service has more future plans to cut and burn 2.4 million acres, ruining our Sierra Nevada mountains almost entirely. Watch this video on repeat (playing our videos often helps us) and send in your comments for the new proposal here. This is your land, not theirs.
